Hello, I need a wheel adapter that has a different bore on each side.

Wheel side (On wheel) 60.1 or smaller.
I am trying to fit 2016 Lexus GS wheels on an Infiniti Q50. They are the same bolt pattern just different bore sizes. The Infiniti Hub is larger 66.1 and Lexus wheel is smaller 60.1
